Our holiday club schedule is carefully crafted to provide a balance of structured activities and free play, ensuring children have a stimulating and enjoyable experience:

 

09:00 – 09:15 | Arrival & Settling In
A calm, structured arrival period with light activities to support a smooth transition into the session.

 

09:15 – 10:30 | Structured Activity Block
Planned, developmentally informed activities focused on creativity, confidence and collaboration.

 

10:30 – 11:00 | Guided Free-Choice / Small Group Activities
Supported, age-appropriate activities that encourage independence, creativity and positive peer interaction, with staff guidance as needed.

 

11:00 – 11:30 | Snack & Break Time
A supervised snack break allowing children time to eat, rest and reset.


11:30 – 12:30 | Group Activity / Project Time
Shared activities designed to support teamwork, communication and engagement.

 

12:30 – 13:00 | Wind-Down & Collection
Calm, regulating activities to ensure children leave settled and ready for home.
